Good gracious, I biked a 2-mile loop today after walking it yesterday. I did not take notice of many of the hills when walking and now I feel like I could die. My legs are spaghetti, which, coincidentally, is what I planned on making for dinner. I should save myself the trouble of getting off this couch and just eat my legs, because I’m going to die here anyway. I cannot move.
What are some good songs to listen to while running if you’re kind of a slow runner and don’t feel like killing yourself to the beat of super fast songs?

It’s taken me all day to sort the data from the latest survey our journal sent out. I haven’t even analyzed the data - just sorted it out. Ran the reports, exported to excel, organized, printed, reorganized. All day.
BUT I did just have 2 days off work, it’s Friday, I have the weekend off, and my friend’s coming up to visit, so I shouldn’t complain.
(I wish this could help with a promotion or raise though, because this is a ridiculous waste of my time.)
